As we all know, manual sealless steel strapping tool have many advantages but as well also obtain some shortcomings. Such as GEM006 manual sealless steel strapping tools, have the advantage of simple operation,convenient,without buckle. As widely used, but this machine can not satisty all the packaging inquirement.we will introduce the following application areas which the equipment is not available.
   

1. High tension strength requirements.
    Sealless steel strapping adhesive strip at the strip tensile strength is only about 70% of the steel strapping, so if the user's product requiring high tensile strength, which the equipment is unavailable.

2. For tube strapping
     If there is lots of tubes bundled together, which are not suitable for this machine to strap. Just as already mentioned, the sealess steel strapping  packaged products out anti- tensile strength is low, if it is a bundle of products but goods spread out, there is no way to remedy.

3. For smaller diameter item
    The principle of this device is packaged device inserted between the strip and the packing material to achieve packaged, if the packing material of smaller diameter, the device does not go out of the situation will end after packing.

   So the sealless steel strapping is not a panacea, but as long as the targeted selection, will play a multiplier effect.
