1. We should fill the lubricator with 22# steam turbine oil to keep a quantity of lubricating oil in the motor and the cylinder when the motor is running. The oil must dro through the lubricator ar a rate pf 40 drops to 60 drops perminute.
2. When the air pressure out of range 0.4~0.6Mpa, must be given to adjust, otherwise, low pressure will affect the quality of the strapping, excessive pressure causes excessive machine wear.
3, Clear the oiler, it would be helpful if we can clear the oil-water separator every three months and remove the water in the oil-water separator every day.
4, There is 0.5~0.7mm gap between the friction wheel and the wheel pad, or should be adjusted, and the timely removal of accumulated debris and dirt on the friction wheel.
5, Due to wear and tear in the long-term use baler parts, environmental pollution, poor lubrication,the machine may be in trouble, therefore to detect faults, and exclude failure is very important.
