Steel strapping,air pressure,strapping thickness, strapping material will affect the steel strapping performance.Every time after finished the machine, we need test the machine for long time.

1.Steel strapping material.Better quality steel strapping material has high tension and good performance, the steel stapping can be divide to enamel and  stoving varnish.

2.Steel strapping width. Generally, before strapping, we need confirm the steel strapping width that would suitable for the cargo, if the pallet or case weight heavey, better use the 32mm width or 40mm width to ensure enough tension.

3.Sealing and cutting. ensure enought air supply about 0.6Mpa for strapping if you use pneumatic steel strapping tool, the air supply is important for the strapping strength and effect.
