  1. Chcek the ring rotary direction, since the strapping  material always put in right of the equipment. The correct inverse should be in the face of the operator.
  2. Start the ring frame lifting motor, adjust a good position of ring frame, make the set accord with steel strapping.
  3. Adjust up and down of the blessing roller, prevent the steel belt from fall
  4. Then insert the steel strapping outside diameter and inner diameter, width in the PLC control panel, the system will automatically adjust the packaging parameter.
  5. Finally try to strapping item one by one, if the packing effect is not good, we can adjust the parameter again. Therefore we can set the machine to pefect working condition.
