2, when the compressed air is not 0.4-0.6Mpa must be given to adapt, or, low pressure will affect the binding quality, high pressure will make the machine wear too fast.
3, Oiler, oil-water separator used kerosene to clean once every three months, and clearing stagnant water in oil-water separator in the every day.
4, the clearance between the friction wheel and pad wheel in between the 0.5-0.7mm, you should be adjusted, and timely clear accumulated debris and dirt on the friction wheel.
5, due to wear and tear parts in use for a long time, environmental pollution, poor lubrication may fail, so to find failure, remove important, inspection and maintenance of the above, using common tools can solve, thus will not shutdown, stoppage due to glitches.
